As a brief introduction, Schoeppner Inc. is a family owned company founded by Bryan Schoeppner in 1997 who takes great pride in creating a safe and positive working environment with honest business ethics, quality workmanship and the establishment of positive relationships with its many Clients and Project Team Members.

We excel in many facets of the construction industry including several different structural steel buildings, wood frame structures, pre-cast concrete and masonry buildings, conventional and pre-engineered steel structures, educational facilities, demolition and remodel projects, tenant improvement projects and maintenance services.

With our diversified experience we are able to provide a full service approach to our clients which include items such as pre-project investigation, planning and due diligence, conceptual and pre-construction planning and budgeting, positive value engineering ideas and constructions management with accurate budgets and realistic project schedules.
